Our Culinary Arts program offers a comprehensive course that immerses students in the world of Patisserie & Boulangerie, Coffee Barista skills, as well as Culinary Arts & Pizzeria techniques. From the art of pastry-making to mastering the perfect cup of coffee, and from culinary creativity to crafting delectable pizzas, students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in these specialized areas of the culinary world. Through hands-on training, expert instruction, and a focus on both technique and creativity, students will graduate well-prepared to pursue a successful career in the diverse and exciting field of culinary arts.

Additionally, our Culinary Arts program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices involved in Patisserie & Boulangerie. From mastering the delicate art of creating exquisite pastries and bread to understanding the science behind dough fermentation, students will develop the skills needed to create tantalizing baked goods that delight the senses.

Our Coffee Barista training equips students with the expertise required to become skilled baristas. From learning about different coffee beans and brewing methods to mastering latte art, students will gain the knowledge and proficiency necessary to create exceptional coffee beverages and provide an exceptional café experience.

In the Culinary Arts & Pizzeria segment, students will delve into the art of Italian cuisine, specifically focusing on the art of pizza-making. From kneading the perfect pizza dough to crafting flavorful sauces and toppings, students will learn the techniques and secrets behind creating authentic, mouthwatering pizzas.

Throughout the program, students will have hands-on training, access to top-notch culinary facilities, and guidance from experienced instructors passionate about their craft.
